Hervis Rogers: Charges Dismissed

As many of us set off to the polls this week, we continue to be grateful to, along with this incredible team, bring about a successful conclusion to Mr. Hervis Rogers’ felony cases. They were dismissed because the law required the end of these prosecutions. We filed the motions to put this law before the court. The judge granted the motions to toss out these cases. It was a long and stressful road for Hervis, with many hours and months of work for the legal team. The charges, which should never have been brought, came with $200,000 bonds and the stress of facing decades in prison.
We are glad we could bring this nightmare to an end for him along with @aclutx (view Tweet) and Mac Secrest (not pictured here). Grateful for our amazing team and for the opportunity to assist this fine man. We do not usually share specific names of clients or post their pictures. However, for Hervis Rogers, this personal and devastating matter was already national and public when he came to us. We thought you should know his cases came to a just conclusion, and he has been cleared of these charges.
